Farm with swimming pool in São Pedro da Serra

Our house accommodates up to 8 people in three suites, including a master suite with a king-size bed and a whirlpool tub, a suite with a king-size bed, and a suite with a queen-size bed, a single bed, and an extra bed.

We are located in the district of São Pedro da Serra, in the city of Nova Friburgo, surrounded by mountains and privileged views of nature.

- We provide a complete set of pillows, sheets, duvets, and bath and face towels. If your reservation is for a long period of time, you can wash these items in the washer-dryer in the service area or bring extra items.

- The house has only two steps leading to the fireplace. The rest of the house is flat. There is a staircase leading to the pool, but it can also be accessed from the lawn.

- The house has some security cameras on the outside, but they are all disabled and not in use.

- The house has a carbon monoxide detector to prevent accidents with the fireplace.

Upon entering the house, guests will have access to the living room integrated with the dining room, which has tables and chairs for meals, a sofa, a Smart TV and an area with another sofa and a fireplace. The kitchen has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, among others, as well as a coffee maker, kettle and electric oven and a counter with stools for meals. In the same room, we also have a toilet. We have a wooden deck with a charcoal grill and benches next to the living rooms.

We provide WI-FI, fans in the three bedrooms, electric showers in the suites, a hair dryer in the master suite, an iron, a washer and dryer and a clothesline. We also have 4 TVs, one Smart in the living room, two with Amazon Firestick in the bedrooms and a regular TV in the last bedroom.

We provide three uncovered parking spaces.

Guests will have free access to the swimming pool, which has umbrellas and sun loungers.

São Pedro da Serra is a district of Nova Friburgo, in the mountainous region of Rio de Janeiro, known for being surrounded by nature, with a mild climate and a peaceful atmosphere. The district has mountains, rivers and areas of preserved Atlantic forest, nature, trails, waterfalls and relaxation.

It is possible to get around the district easily on foot or by car. It is also possible to use transport apps, such as Uber, but it can be more difficult to find drivers.
