The studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed and is 25m². The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge.

We are located close to Rua Vergueiro and Avenida Paulista, where you can find attractions such as Casa das Rosas, Japan House, restaurants, museums, shopping malls, among others.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a free shared laundry service available 24 hours a day (charges apply, instructions available directly on site).

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the essential utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker, Delta Q coffee maker, blender, among others.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, steamer, Smart TV, blackout curtains, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hair dryer.

We do not offer free parking spaces, but it is possible to rent an uncovered parking space in the condominium with valet parking (prices separately, instructions directly at the reception).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: gym and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room.
