We are just minutes from the Bicycle Park and the Ibirapuera area, one of São Paulo's most sought-after locations. Nearby, you'll find Ibirapuera Park, Ibirapuera Shopping Mall, and a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

- After confirmation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a selfie with the document in hand for signature on the vacation rental agreement, as well as photo IDs for all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE, or passport).
- Silence is required after 10 p.m., and the use of speakers is not permitted. Failure to comply may result in a fine, according to condominium rules.
- Parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and outside visitors are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.

Excelente estadia, tudo muito organizado e limpo. A anfitriã não precisa estar presente pra fazer o check-in, o que deixa o horário muito flexível. A Luiza foi muito querida e atenciosa.
