We accommodate up to 2 people in a 27m² studio with a double bed, ideal for those seeking comfort and convenience. The condominium offers full leisure facilities and 24-hour doorman, ensuring security and convenience throughout your stay.

We are just a few minutes from Parque das Bicicletas and the Ibirapuera region, one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in São Paulo. Here, you will find Ibirapuera Park and Ibirapuera Shopping Mall, as well as several shops and restaurants.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets. A complete set of linens will be provided per stay. Additional linen or towel changes can be arranged separately.

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please contact our team in advance. This service has an additional cost.

- The studio does not have child safety screens, but it is completely enclosed by glass windows, offering greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room, OMO. It is paid for separately and instructions are available on site.

Upon entering, guests will find a kitchen equipped with the essentials for a practical and comfortable stay: refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, blender, toaster, electric coffee maker and kettle, water filter, among other utensils.

The space also has air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron, blackout blinds and a bathroom with a gas shower — all designed for your comfort.

We do not offer parking spaces, but there are paid parking lots nearby.

Guests can enjoy the condominium's leisure areas, such as the swimming pool and coworking space. Access to the gym and party room is not available.
