We have a space of 25m² and can accommodate up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge.

We are located 1.5KM from Allianz Parque, a venue for several concerts, football matches and cultural events. We are also close to Parque da Água Branca, Memorial da América Latina and Museu do Futebol.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- The studio does not have child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions for use directly on site).

Upon entering the studio, guests will find themselves in the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils to ensure a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, among others, as well as an oven, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The balcony divides the spaces with a glass window and blackout curtains, as well as a view of the city.

We have a table with chairs for dining or home office, air conditioning, Smart TV, high-speed WI-FI, iron, and bathroom with gas shower and hair dryer.

We do not have parking spaces available, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: gym, coworking space and cinema room. They will not be able to use the party room.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- No visitors.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.

- The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as: gym, coworking space and cinema room. They will not be able to use the party room.
