Our apartment has a space of 28m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour doorman.
We are located in a privileged area on Santo Amaro Avenue, close to Ibirapuera Park and surrounded by amenities such as restaurants, bars, business centers, supermarkets and banks.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).
- There is construction work on another building in front of the building. On weekdays, noise levels of up to 85 dB can occur from 7 am to 7 pm, while noise levels of up to 59 dB can occur from 7 pm to 7 am. On weekends and holidays, noise levels of up to 85 dB can occur from 8 am to 2 pm, while noise levels of up to 59 dB can occur from 2 pm to 8 am.
Upon entering, guests will find themselves in the kitchen, which has all the essential utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, among others.
We also have hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, blackout blinds, and a bathroom with an electric shower and hairdryer.
We do not have a garage, but you can park your car on the street in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).
