Our studio has a space of 24m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium offers a complete leisure area and 24-hour doorman.

We are in a privileged location, close to attractions such as Beco do Batman, Cinesala and Avenida Rebouças, which has several shopping and dining options.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).

Upon entering the studio, guests will find themselves in the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, Nespresso coffee maker, water filter, air fryer, among others. The balcony has a glass door with blackout curtains, chairs and a view of the city.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning, an electric heater, high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron and a bathroom with an electric shower and a hair dryer.

We do not have parking spaces available, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool and gym. They will not have access to the party room and gourmet area.
