An apartment designed for those who value space and comfort in one of São Paulo's most desirable areas. With 42m² of well-distributed space, the spacious environment and modern décor create a cozy stay for up to 4 people, while the spacious mezzanine offers a unique sense of sophistication.
The building offers a swimming pool, gym, laundry facilities, and an Oxxo supermarket, and just steps from the Vila Madalena subway, with easy access via the covered walkway of the Pão de Açúcar supermarket.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket. Every 7 days, a mandatory fee of R$180 will be charged for a complete apartment cleaning, including changing bed linens and towels.
- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (separate charges apply, payable directly on-site).
- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the mezzanine, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
Upon entering, guests have access to:
- A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical and comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, electric oven, and more.
- A spacious living room with a new double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, 49" Smart TV, and armchair.
- A guest bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.
- Upstairs, a mezzanine designed for comfort, with a double bed, 49" Smart TV, desk with chair for home office use, wardrobe, and a projector for watching your favorite movies and series. We also have a suite with a gas shower.
Finally, we also offer hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, shoe rack, luggage rack, and hangers.
Guests will have free access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, and bicycle storage. They will not be able to use the gourmet area with the solarium.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will pass on all the necessary information for the stay, such as a manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

It is located in a privileged location, 350m from the Vila Madalena metro station, making it ideal for those who want to know more about the city while working.

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).
- Noise and loudspeakers are prohibited after 10 PM. Violation will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Babies and small children are prohibited, as there is an open staircase.
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
- Visitors are prohibited.
- There are no child safety screens in the apartment.
- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the mezzanine, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets. Every 7 days a mandatory fee of R$180 will be charged for complete cleaning of the apartment, including changing bed linen and towels.
- The kitchen is not designed for large-scale cooking such as frying. In case of misuse of the kitchen, a cleaning service fee may be charged.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, and bicycle storage. They will not be able to use the gourmet area with a solarium.
- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry facility (separate charges apply, payable directly on-site).
- We do not provide parking spaces. It is possible to use nearby parking (separate charges apply, payable directly on-site).
- Please select the correct number of guests before finalizing your reservation, as this may affect the final price.
- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will cover any unforeseen circumstances. If there are no unforeseen circumstances, there will be no extra charges. This deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, subject to verification of the unit.

Ambiente limpo, arejado e muito funcional. O bairro em si é ótimo e tem tudo perto (restaurantes, supermercados, padarias etc). A única recomendação que tenho é o reparo da descarga do banheiro do segundo piso que estava entupida. No mais, correu tudo bem e só tenho elogios.

Our one week stay was very comfortable. The clever use of space made the loft apt feel larger than the 42m2 described. It even had two bathrooms which was convenient for a couple. The location is within walking distance to nice restaurants and while the facial recognition entry system was a bit glitchy at times it made getting in and out simple and safe.
