The studio has a space of approximately 31m² and accommodates up to 3 people in a queen-size bed and a trundle bed. We are in a gated community with 24-hour doorman.
We are 50m from the Pão de Açúcar supermarket and a few steps from Santo Amaro Avenue, which has several shops, restaurants, bars and other attractions. We are also close to the Morumbi Shopping Mall, making it the ideal combination of leisure and convenience.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium does not yet have a shared laundry room. It is possible to use a laundry room near the building (charges apply, directly on site).
Upon entering, guests will find themselves in the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, extractor hood, electric oven, mixer, Nespresso coffee maker, sandwich maker, among others. The balcony has a view of the city, blackout curtains and glass enclosure, as well as a table and chair for home office.
We also have a table with chairs for meals, air conditioning, steamer, wardrobe, carbon monoxide (smoke) detector, high-speed WI-FI and a bathroom with a gas shower, washbasin with hot water and a hairdryer.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).
The condominium does not yet have leisure facilities available, but guests will have free access to the common areas.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- No visitors.

- No smoking.
- *ATTENTION*: The balcony door only opens from the inside of the studio. Do not close the door while on the balcony to avoid getting trapped.
- *ATTENTION:* The electronic lock has a safety lock on the inside of the studio. Do not tamper with the safety lock under any circumstances to avoid inconvenience when entering the studio. Once the security lock is activated, you will not be able to enter even with the password provided.

I was very pleased with things my host could provide to me and my son. besides, my host helped me with important info such as restaurants, pharmacies and shopping centers.
