Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed and is 25m². The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge.

We are 1.5km from the Santa Cruz shopping mall and a few minutes by car from the São Paulo Aquarium, making it the ideal combination of leisure and convenience.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).

Upon entering the studio, guests will find themselves in the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for their stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, air fryer, water filter, electric coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, and more. The balcony divides the spaces with a glass door with blackout curtains and has tables, chairs, and a view of the city.

We have a table with chairs for a home office inside the studio, air conditioning, high-speed WI-FI, iron, Smart TV and bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer.

We do not have parking spaces available, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and bicycle parking. They will not have access to the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- No visitors.

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There is only one 220V outlet available below the kitchen sink.

- The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and bike rack. They will not have access to the party room.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (prices are separate, instructions are available directly on site).
