In a 23m² space, our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium has a 24-hour doorman and a leisure area.
We are just 300m from the Oscar Freire subway station (Line 2 - Yellow) and 1 km from the iconic Avenida Paulista, one of the city's main tourist attractions. The region offers cultural attractions such as the Instituto Moreira Salles and Casa das Rosas, ensuring a complete art and culture experience.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).
- It is possible to store your luggage free of charge in the building's 24-hour luggage storage area; simply identify yourself at the reception desk. However, check-in is only possible from the time stipulated in your reservation.
- The condominium provides breakfast (at an additional cost).
Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for their stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle, among others.
We also provide high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, steamer and bathroom with gas shower.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).
Guests will have free access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, mini-market and coworking space.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the rules of the inn.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.
- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the condominium entrance, and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There is only one 220V outlet above the kitchen sink.
