Our studio has a space of 24m² and accommodates 3 people in a queen-size bed and a single trundle bed, both with springs and high comfort. The condominium has a leisure area and 24-hour doorman.
The property offers easy access to several areas of the city. The location also invites you to discover local attractions, such as the Civil Police Museum and the Butantan Institute.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (charges apply, instructions available directly on site).
Upon entering the studio, guests will find themselves in the kitchen, which has all the necessary items for a practical stay: refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, Três Corações coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, water filter, coffee maker and electric kettle, among others.
The balcony has tables and chairs for dining or a home office, views of the city and a glass door with blackout blinds.
We have air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, steamer, bathroom with gas shower and hair dryer.
We do not have parking spaces available, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- No visitors.
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater security to the place.
- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.
- The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as: swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not be able to use the party room and gourmet area.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (prices are separate, instructions are available directly on site).
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges. This deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon inspection of the unit.

Foi ótima, o cuidado com cada detalhe do apto fez toda a diferença na estadia, ficamos em 2 adultos e 1 criança, mas foi ótimo conseguimos ficar muito confortáveis, utensílios novos, tudo reformado, limpo e bem cuidado. Entrada no prédio acessível e condomínio com ótimas instalações.

Minha estadia de 5 diárias, foi simplesmente perfeita! Desde a recepção até o apartamento, tudo estava impecável: muito limpo, organizado e confortável. A localização é excelente, de fácil acesso, e o apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, lindo e acolhedor. O anfitrião é super acessível e responde rapidamente a qualquer dúvida.
