- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linen will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- The condominium offers a free basic cleaning service of approximately 30 minutes per day in the apartment (except on Sundays, when the service is not offered). On Saturdays, the service is shorter. It includes general dusting, sweeping the floor, washing dishes and taking out the trash. It does not include changing the linen or cleaning the bathroom. If you would like additional complete cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- The condominium has two types of laundry facilities: self-service and by weight (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).

- ATTENTION: It is necessary to send the registration details of all guests 24 hours in advance.

Our apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with modernity, comfort and coziness in mind in one of the most traditional areas of the city of São Paulo.

Upon entering the apartment, guests will be able to access the living room, which has a large sofa bed and a Smart TV with a digital antenna. In the same room, we have a fully equipped kitchen with all the essential items for your stay, such as: refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, electric oven, 2 types of coffee maker, one Nespresso Vertuo and the other for filtered coffee, sandwich maker, blender, water filter, electric kettle, dishwasher for up to 8 kg, among others, as well as a table with four chairs for meals. It also has a portable hot and cold air conditioner that reaches the kitchen and living room.

The bedroom is spacious and has a queen-size bed and a pocket spring trundle bed, as well as another Smart TV with digital antenna, a desk with a comfortable chair, good lighting for a home office, and a large wardrobe with space for suitcases, hangers and a steamer. It also has another hot and cold wall-mounted air conditioner.

The property also has a modern bathroom with a gas shower and a hair dryer.

We also have WI-FI for using the Smart TV and working inside the unit. The apartment is quiet and has modern electric blinds on the windows in the living room and bedroom.

We have 1 covered and unmarked parking space available inside the building.

Guests will have access to the condominium's facilities, such as: restaurant, mini-market, laundry, hair salon, swimming pool, gym, and sauna. They will not be able to use the party room or barbecue area.

The condominium's gym is compact, but there is another more complete gym on the corner of the building, which offers affordable packages and plans for 1 day or longer periods.
