Balcony, full kitchen and leisure next to subway

We have a space of 27m² and can accommodate up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium offers 24-hour concierge, gym, mini-market and shared laundry.

The building is located approximately 1km from the São Paulo Aquarium and 2km from Parque Independência, which houses the Ipiranga Museum and the USP Zoology Museum, making it ideal for exploring the city while working.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).

Upon entering, guests will see the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, air fryer, sandwich maker, coffee maker and electric kettle, among others, as well as a table with chairs for meals.

The balcony has two chairs, a view of the city and curtains, in addition to dividing the space with the interior of the studio with a glass door.

We also have high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, space for a home office, iron, hot and cold air conditioning and a bathroom with an electric shower and hair dryer.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (prices are additional, directly on site).

The guest will have access to the gym and the mini-market. They will not have access to the other leisure facilities in the condominium.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

Alto do Ipiranga is a neighborhood located in the southern part of São Paulo, known for its tranquility and historical value, as it is home to the Ipiranga Museum and Independence Park, important landmarks of Brazil's independence. The neighborhood has a predominantly residential profile, with tree-lined streets, mid- and high-rise buildings, as well as local shops and easy access to services.

We are just a few steps from the Alto do Ipiranga subway station (Line 2 - Green), making it easy to get around the city using public transportation. You can also use transportation apps, such as Uber.
