The house has a space of 1,050m² and accommodates up to 16 people in two suites on the upper floor and two bedrooms on the ground floor.

We are approximately 1km from Praia das Cigarras and offer a complete leisure area with a heated pool, beach tennis court and gourmet area with barbecue.

- We provide a complete set of linens, including pillows, sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and bath and face towels. We do not provide beach towels.

- You will need to climb some stairs to access the suites in the house, and they are not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor.

- The house has security cameras in the external area of ​​the house, facing the entrance to the property. There are no cameras in the internal or private areas of the house.

- We allow small pets, upon payment of a fee of R$130.00.

- The two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, but you will need to climb stairs to access the two suites, and they are not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Upon arrival, guests will have access to the balcony, which has sofas and a pool table. Entering the house, we find the living room, which has a Smart TV, sofas, chairs and a view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and has the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay, such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, water filter, air fryer, microwave, hood, blender, toaster, electric coffee maker, rice cooker, among others, in addition to a dining room with a table and chairs for meals.

The two bedrooms on the ground floor have a queen-size bed and a single bed in each, as well as wardrobes, a desk and a balcony with chairs and a view of the sea.

The first suite on the upper floor has a king-size bed, armchairs, wardrobes, Smart TV and minibar, as well as a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. The second suite has four double beds, a dresser and Smart TV.

We have 5 bathrooms in total, including the suites. The house also has an iron, 3 hair dryers, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, cable TV and curtains in all bedrooms, a laundry area with a washing machine and clothesline, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.

We have seven uncovered parking spaces available for small and medium-sized cars.

The guest will have free access to all areas of the house.

Praia das Cigarras, in São Sebastião, is a peaceful beach surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with calm waters and views of Ilhabela. Close to the city center, it has a pier, renovated boardwalk and easy access, making it ideal for families and relaxing walks.

You can easily get around the city on foot or by car. You can also use ride-hailing apps like Uber, but it can be harder to find drivers.
