Our studio offers approximately 30m² of well-designed space, comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests in a double bed. The condominium features a 24-hour front desk for added security and convenience.
The location is excellent, approximately 700 meters from Faria Lima Station (Yellow Line 4) and Largo da Batata, providing easy access to the city along with many leisure, dining, and service options nearby.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket for guests. For longer stays, we also offer linen and towel replacement service (please check for additional fees).
- For greater comfort during your stay, we offer cleaning and tidying services for the studio, available at an extra charge.
- ATTENTION: Although it appears in the photos, the washing machine in the unit is currently under maintenance.
The space was designed to provide comfort and functionality, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi and the following amenities:
- The main area includes a double bed, comfortable ottoman, Smart TV, portable air conditioner, desk for home office, dining table, and fan.
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, water filter, and various utensils to make your stay more practical.
- The bathroom has an electric shower and a hairdryer.
- We do not offer a parking space; however, there are parking lots near the building (additional fees apply).
Guests will have free access to the condominium’s available common areas.
Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as a manual, property rules and leisure tips near the location.
The studio is located in a prime area between the Faria Lima and Rebouças business districts. Nearby, guests can find a wide range of restaurants, bars, bakeries, gyms, hospitals, pharmacies, stores, and shopping malls.
Faria Lima Station (Yellow Line 4) is approximately 700 meters away, making it easy to get around the city. Ride-sharing apps such as Uber are also widely available in the area.

- After the reservation is confirmed, the person responsible must send a selfie holding their ID for the short-term rental agreement, as well as valid photo identification for all guests (ID, driver’s license, RNE, or passport).
- Guests are required to present a printed entry authorization form at the building reception during check-in.
- Noise and loudspeakers are not allowed after 10 PM. Failure to comply may result in a fine, according to condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.
- Visitors are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- Attention: the property is not suitable for children or babies, as the existing safety screens do not provide adequate protection for these groups.
- ATTENTION: Although it appears in the photos, the washing machine in the unit is undergoing maintenance.
- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V, and there are no 220V outlets available.
- Guests will have free access to the condominium’s common areas.
- The condominium does not offer a shared laundry facility; however, the studio is equipped with a washer-dryer machine.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket, with 1 full set per stay. Additional changes can be requested for an extra fee.
- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).
- We do not provide parking spaces, but there are nearby parking options available (additional cost).
- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is required for the reservation to cover any potential damages or unforeseen situations. If no issues are identified, no extra charges will be applied. The deposit will be refunded within up to 7 days after check-out, following a property inspection.

O imóvel é exatamente como no anúncio, possui boa localização e o bairro é bem tranquilo, possuindo vários comércios e restaurantes perto. A casa estava bem limpa e organizada, com todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia. O anfitrião foi sempre muito atencioso e prestativo. O prédio possui portaria 24hrs e os funcionários são muito educados. Super indico essa acomodação.

A localização é simplesmente perfeita! Amamos ficar hospedados ali, tem todo o comércio em volta, é fácil chegar ao metrô pra ir em outras regiões, tem portaria 24h e a acomodação serviu muito bem para um casal por 10 dias! É espaçosa, tem bastante espaço para guardar e pendurar as roupas, o banheiro tem secador de cabelo e o chuveiro é bom, adorei!

Great stay in Sau Paulo. Ideally located and close to transport to take you elsewhere. Everything you would need included in the apartment. Communication was clear and helpful from hosts and even allowed us to check in earlier, particularly helpful after a long haul flight. Can only recommend 😊
