Studio with kitchen near São Paulo Expo

Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. We have remote concierge and security camera monitoring in the house.

We are close to several points in the region, such as São Paulo Expo, Congonhas Airport, Chuvisco Park, LATAM Academy, Berrini Avenue, São Judas Tadeu Sanctuary, São Paulo Botanical Garden and Zoo, American Consulate, Conceição and Jabaquara subways (Line 1 - Blue), Expo Transamérica, Mônica Park, Brazilian Coaching Institute IBC and business centers.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay).

- The property has a shared laundry room that is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (charges apply). You will need to go down some stairs to access it.

- We provide an iron, ironing board and hair dryer at no extra cost. To use them, you must confirm availability directly with the laundry room.

- The iron and ironing board can only be used in the laundry room; it is forbidden to take them to the studio.

- You can request the hair dryer from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday. You must check availability with our team and pick up the device from the staff member on site. After use, return it immediately so that other guests can use it.

- The property has 16 security cameras spread throughout the common areas. We do not have any cameras in private areas such as the studios.

- It is necessary to go up and down some stairs to access the studio, not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

The kitchen is equipped with the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, among others.

We also provide a Smart TV, a table with chairs for dining or home office, curtains, and a bathroom with a gas shower.

We do not provide parking spaces. You can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

The guest will have free access to the common areas of the property.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.
