The studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed, with a large space of approximately 43m². The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour doorman.

We are next to Brigadeiro Faria Lima Avenue, known for being one of the city's largest business centers. We are also close to JK Iguatemi Shopping Mall, Santander Theater and Ibirapuera Park.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the home office space, which has a table and chair. The kitchen has a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker and electric kettle, among other utensils necessary for the stay, as well as a table with benches and chairs for meals.

In the same space, we have the living room, which has a sofa and a rotating Smart TV with cable channels that can also be used in the bedroom. The balcony has a glass door with soundproofing, blackout curtains, chairs and a wide view of the city, since we are on the 23rd floor.

We also have air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a steamer and a bathroom with a gas shower and a hair dryer.

We provide 1 covered and unmarked parking space.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including the outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, pool with hydromassage, coworking space, gym and 24-hour mini-market.
