Our studio has a space of 20m² and accommodates 2 people in a double bed. The condominium has a 24-hour doorman, gym and shared laundry.

We are next to Avenida Paulista, one of the city's main tourist attractions, which has shopping malls, shops, restaurants, museums and other attractions.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (charges apply, instructions available directly on site).

Guests will have access to the kitchen as soon as they enter the studio, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee maker, electric coffee maker and kettle, water filter, among others.

We also have a table with chairs and bench for meals or home office, curtains, hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, iron and ironing board, and bathroom with gas shower and hair dryer.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not have access to the other leisure facilities, which are exclusive to residents.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- No visitors.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.

O apartamento é muito bonito e bem equipado. Estava tudo limpo e decorado conforme no anúncio. Condomínio completo com academia e piscina. A localização é excelente, ao lado do metrô Trianon, MASP e Av. Paulista. O processo de checkin foi bem rápido com a prontidão da anfitrião.

Hospedagem em local maravilhoso. Em uma rua completa, ao lado do Oba e do mercado Pão de Açúcar. Com lanchonetes e restaurantes próximos. Coladinho na Avenida Paulista na altura do Shopping Cidade de São Paulo. O lugar é lindo, completo, limpo, design moderno e num local seguro. Voltarei com certeza.
