Our studio has a space of 25m² and accommodates up to 2 people in two single beds. The condominium has a gym, laundry and 24-hour doorman.
We are approximately 1km from Allianz Parque, one of the largest centers for soccer games, concerts and events in the city. We are also close to the Bourbon and West Plaza shopping malls, as well as Parque da Água Branca.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (charges apply).
Upon entering, guests will find the kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for their stay, such as a minibar, cooktop stove, microwave, blender, mixer, sandwich maker, coffee maker and electric kettle, water filter on tap among others.
In the same space, the studio also offers a ceiling fan, a table with chairs for dining or a home office, high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, blackout curtains, bathroom with gas shower and hair dryer.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a parking lot near the building (charges apply, directly on site).
Guests will have access to the condominium's gym.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- No visitors.
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- The studio does not have soundproofing and is located on Avenida Pompéia, which is known for being a busy avenue, so it is possible that the noise from the avenue may be loud during the day.
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security to the place.
- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's gym. They will not have access to the other leisure facilities in the condominium.

A hospedagem nesse flat deu tudo certo, estava limpo, com tudo arrumado. Não tenho do que reclamar.
O prédio ainda parece estar finalizando a construção das áreas comuns.
