It is located close to the Santa Cruz metro shopping mall, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

The studio has an open concept and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.
In the same environment we have a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay with microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, toaster oven, coffee maker, water filter, etc. In addition, we have a bathroom, closet, dining table and Smart TV.
We also have hot and cold air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.
The condominium also has a gym, OMO shared laundry, coworking space and sky garden.
We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park your car on the street in front of the building.
Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, except for the ballroom.

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
