Comfortable studio near Congonhas airport

We accommodate 1 person in a single bed in 15m². We have remote concierge and security cameras on site.

We are close to several points in the region, such as São Paulo Expo, Congonhas Airport, Chuvisco Park, LATAM Academy, Berrini Avenue, São Judas Tadeu Sanctuary, São Paulo Botanical Garden and Zoo, American Consulate, Conceição and Jabaquara subways (Line 1 - Blue), Expo Transamérica, Mônica Park, Brazilian Coaching Institute IBC and business centers.

- Bed linen, bath towels and blankets are provided (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay).

- The property has a shared laundry room that is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (charges apply). You will need to go down some stairs to access it.

- We have an iron, ironing board and hair dryer at no extra cost. To use them, you must confirm availability directly with the laundry room.

- The iron and ironing board can only be used in the laundry room; taking them to the studio is prohibited.

- You can request the hair dryer from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday. You must check availability with our team and pick up the device from the staff member on site. After use, return it immediately so that other guests can use it.

- The property has 16 security cameras spread throughout the common areas. We do not have any cameras in private areas such as the studios.

- You will need to go down some stairs to access the studio, and it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Guests will have access to the kitchen upon entering the studio, which has everything they need for a practical stay, such as a minibar, cooktop, microwave and other essential utensils.

The space also has a Smart TV, counter and stools for meals or home office, as well as a bathroom with a gas shower.

We do not provide parking spaces. It is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

The guest will have free access to the common areas of the property.
