Studio with minibar and Smart TV near the airport

Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed in 15m². We have remote concierge and security cameras.

We are close to several points in the region, such as São Paulo Expo, Congonhas Airport, Chuvisco Park, LATAM Academy, Berrini Avenue, São Judas Tadeu Sanctuary, São Paulo Botanical Garden and Zoo, American Consulate, Conceição and Jabaquara subways (Line 1 - Blue), Expo Transamérica, Mônica Park, Brazilian Coaching Institute IBC and business centers.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay).

- The property has a shared laundry room that is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (charges apply). You will need to go down some stairs to access it.

- We provide an iron, ironing board and hair dryer at no extra cost. To use them, you must confirm availability directly with the laundry room.

- The iron and ironing board can only be used in the laundry room; it is forbidden to take them to the studio.

- You can request the hair dryer from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday. You must check availability with our team and pick up the device from the staff member on site. After use, return it immediately so that other guests can use it.

- The property has 16 security cameras spread throughout the common areas. We do not have any cameras in private areas such as the studios.

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a minibar, cooktop, microwave, among others.

We also have a Smart TV, a table for dining or home office, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a gas shower.

We provide a parking space.

The guest will have free access to the common areas of the property.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.
