The property is strategically located, just a few blocks from Enseada Beach, with numerous amenities nearby. The condominium also offers a complete leisure area, including a swimming pool, gym, game room with video games, and playground.

- The property does not have child safety screens.

The condominium does not offer beach service. We have 3 beach chairs, a cooler, and a parasol.

- Fully equipped kitchen with dining table and all the essential utensils for a comfortable stay, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, glasses, plates, cutlery, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle, and more.

- Laundry area next to the kitchen, with a sink and beach accessories available for guests.

We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Two parking spaces are available.

Guests can enjoy all areas of the condominium, including the swimming pool, gym, games room with Playstation 4, shared self-service laundry, mini market, sauna, sports court and children's playground.

We have a dedicated property management team who will provide all the information you need for your stay, including the manual, house rules, and suggestions for local leisure activities.
