Our studio is located in a gated community with a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge, comfortably accommodating up to 2 people in a double bed in a 37m² space.
Strategically positioned on Rua da Consolação, close to Av. Paulista and just a few steps from Paulista station (Line 4 – Yellow), we have several conveniences in the surroundings of the building.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).
- The studio is located on a busy street, so you may hear outside noise during peak hours.
Upon entering the studio, guests will find themselves in the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, among others. The living room has a sofa, Smart TV, table with chairs and bench for meals or home office, and blinds.
We also have hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, iron and bathroom with electric shower and hairdryer.
We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).
Guests will have access to the condominium facilities, such as: bike rack, gym, spa, coworking space, terrace, games room and solarium with hot tub. They will not have access to the party room.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- No visitors.
- No pets.
- No smoking.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.
- The studio is located on a busy street, so you may hear outside noise during peak hours.
- Guests will have access to the condominium facilities, such as: bike rack, gym, spa, coworking space, terrace, games room and solarium with hot tub. You will not have access to the party room.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).
