We are 400m from the Sumaré subway (Line 2 – Green) and Beco do Batman, combining leisure and convenience in one place.


- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

Guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a functional stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker, mixer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electric kettle, hood, electric oven, among others. The balcony has a view of the trees and a table with chairs for meals, in addition to being separated from the studio area by a soundproof glass door and blackout curtains.

We provide other essential items, such as hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, LG Smart TV with open channels, iron and bathroom with gas shower and hair dryer.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a parking lot near the building (charges apply).
