The studio accommodates 3 people in a double bed and a single bunk bed, in a space of 24m². We are in a condominium with a leisure area and 24-hour doorman, as well as an Oxxo supermarket right at the entrance of the building.
The location is also a highlight: we are just 300 meters from Shopping Frei Caneca, 350 meters from Hospital Sírio Libanês and 800 meters from Higienópolis-Mackenzie station (Line 4 – Yellow) and 1 km from Consolação station (Line 2 – Green).
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room OMO (charges apply).
Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle, among others.
The balcony divides the spaces with a glass door with blackout curtains, in addition to having a table, chairs and a view of the city.
We also provide air conditioning, a table with chairs for dining and another table with chairs for home office, LG Smart TV, high-speed WI-FI, wardrobe, iron and bathroom with electric shower and hairdryer.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a parking lot near the building (charges apply).
Guests have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: coworking space, bicycle parking, games room, gym and solarium with jacuzzi.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.
The My One Bela Vista condominium offers complete studios measuring approximately 24m² and has a 24-hour front desk and a complete leisure area, as well as various amenities within the building and in the region to assist you during your stay.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- No visitors.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.
- Guests have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: coworking space, bike rack, game room, gym and solarium with jacuzzi.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (prices are separate, instructions are available directly on site).
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges. This deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon inspection of the unit.
