We offer a 24m² space and can accommodate 2 people in a double bed. The condominium has a 24-hour doorman and full leisure facilities, as well as an Oxxo supermarket right at the entrance to the building.
The location is strategic: 300 meters from Shopping Frei Caneca, 350 meters from Hospital Sírio-Libanês, 800 meters from Higienópolis-Mackenzie station (Line 4 – Yellow) and 1 km from Consolação station (Line 2 – Green).
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (charges apply).
Upon entering the studio, guests will find a kitchen equipped with the main items for everyday use, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker and kettle, sandwich maker, blender and other utensils that make your stay more practical.
The balcony is separated by a glass door with blackout curtains and offers a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the view in comfort.
The space also has air conditioning, a table with chairs for meals, another table with chairs dedicated to the home office, LG Smart TV, high-speed WI-FI, wardrobe, iron, as well as a bathroom with an electric shower and hairdryer.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a parking lot near the building (charges apply).
Guests have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: coworking space, bicycle parking, games room, gym and solarium with jacuzzi.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.
The My One Bela Vista condominium offers complete studios of approximately 24m² and has a 24-hour reception and a complete leisure area, as well as several amenities within the building and in the region to help during your stay.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- No visitors.
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater security to the place.
- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.
- Guests have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: coworking space, bike rack, game room, gym and solarium with jacuzzi.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (prices are separate, instructions are available directly on site).
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (prices are separate).
- We do not provide parking spaces, but you can park your car in a parking lot near the building (prices are separate).
- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges. This deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon inspection of the unit.
