We offer a 24m² space that accommodates 2 guests in a double bed. The condominium features a 24-hour doorman and extensive leisure facilities, plus a convenient Oxxo supermarket at the building entrance.
The location is excellent: 300 meters from Shopping Frei Caneca, 350 meters from Hospital Sírio-Libanês, 800 meters from Higienópolis-Mackenzie station (Line 4 – Yellow), and 1 km from Consolação station (Line 2 – Green).
- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change linens and towels during your stay, these must be purchased separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (additional charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is equipped with guardrails for added safety.
- The condominium offers a shared laundry room (OMO) for guest use (charges apply).
Upon entering the studio, guests will find a kitchen equipped with essential items for everyday use, including a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker and kettle, sandwich maker, blender, and other utensils to make your stay more convenient.
The balcony is separated by a glass door with blackout curtains and features a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the view in comfort.
The space also offers air conditioning, a dining table with chairs, a separate home office table with chairs, LG Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, wardrobe, iron, and a bathroom with an electric shower and hairdryer.
Parking spaces are not provided, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (fees apply).
Guests have access to the coworking space, bike storage, and gym within the condominium. Access to other leisure facilities is not permitted.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide you with all the necessary information for your stay, including the property manual, house rules, and recommendations for leisure activities in the area.
The My One Bela Vista condominium offers complete studios of approximately 24m² and has a 24-hour reception and a complete leisure area, as well as several amenities within the building and in the region to help during your stay.

## Important Information About Your Stay
* After your reservation is confirmed, the primary guest must submit a selfie while holding a valid government-issued photo ID and sign the short-term rental agreement. A valid photo ID (ID card, driver's license, residence permit, or passport) must also be provided for all guests.
* Noise and the use of speakers are strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply may result in a fine in accordance with the condominium's regulations.
* Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted.
* Visitors are not allowed during the stay.
* Pets are not permitted.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
* The apartment does not have child safety screens. The balcony is equipped with protective guardrails; however, children must always be supervised by their guardians.
* The apartment's standard electrical voltage is **110V**. There are no **220V** outlets available.
* Guests have access to the condominium's coworking space, bicycle storage, and gym. Access to all other leisure facilities is restricted.
* The condominium offers a shared **OMO Laundry** service, available for an additional fee. Instructions for use are provided on-site.
* One complete set of bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket is provided per stay. Additional linen or towel changes during your stay are available upon request for an extra fee.
* If you require additional housekeeping during your stay, please contact our team in advance. This service is subject to availability and an additional charge.
* Parking is not available on the property. Paid parking facilities are available near the building.
* A **BRL 1,000.00 security deposit** is associated with your reservation to cover any potential damages or incidental expenses. If no issues are identified during the post-check-out inspection, no charges will be applied, and the deposit/authorization hold will be released within **7 days after check-out**, according to the payment method used.

Amei o ap, bem organizado com varanda, ventilação natural e muito aconchegante. tudo muito organizado. a comunicação com o anfitrião era excelente, muito rápida instruções precisas. O ar-condicionado limpo e sem barulho, como eu citei acima a varanda com cadeiras e centro deu um charme e conforto a mais.
