The house accommodates up to 29 people in 7 bedrooms and has a total area of ​​450m².

We are approximately 20 minutes from the Anhembi Sambadrome and 15 minutes from Expo Center Norte, 500 meters from the Santana subway station (Line 1 – Blue) and close to Parque da Juventude and Sesc Santana.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).

- The house has several stairs and is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

- There are no child safety screens, but the house has glass windows on the second floor, ensuring greater security.

- The house is not soundproofed. Bedrooms 20 and 21 are more susceptible to outside noise.

- The house does not have a laundry room. A nearby laundry room is available (fees apply).

- There are security cameras covering the living rooms and hallways of the house. There are no cameras in the other rooms.

Upon entering, guests will find themselves on the ground floor, in the outdoor area with seating. Further down the hallway, we find room 23, which sleeps four people in two bunk beds. Next, we find a living room with seating, a dining area or home office, a powder room, and a TV. Next door, there's a shared kitchen with all the essential amenities, such as a stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, water filter, electric kettle, range hood, and more. Crossing the kitchen, guests will access suite 24, which sleeps two people in two single beds.

On the second floor, we have a shared bathroom for guest use. Next door, suite 20, which sleeps four people in a bunk bed and a double bed. Further down the hallway, we reach room 21, which sleeps six people in three bunk beds. Next door, we find suite 22, which sleeps three people in three single beds.

In the basement, we have an anteroom with a sofa, TV, and table and chairs for dining or a home office, as well as a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, water filter, and coffee maker, and two adjacent bathrooms. Also on this floor, we have bedroom 25, which sleeps two people in two single beds, and bedroom 26, which is spacious and sleeps eight people in four bunk beds and has tables and chairs.

Parking spaces are not available, but parking is available nearby (fees apply, directly on site).
