Our studio has a space of 25m², accommodates 3 people in a queen-size bed and a sofa bed and is located in a gated community with a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge.
The building is strategically located, close to the main points of interest in the region, such as Hospital Luz Butantã, Museu da Polícia Civil de São Paulo, Instituto Butantan, among others.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).
- The condominium is located in a busy area. Because it's in a dynamic area, there may be traffic and pedestrian sounds during the day.
Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical and everyday stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, water filter, electric oven, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, among others.
We also have blackout curtains, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, iron and bathroom with electric shower and hair dryer.
We provide 1 covered and unmarked parking space.
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room and gourmet space.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.
