Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed and boasts approximately 23m² of space. The condominium offers 24-hour security and a fully equipped leisure area.
We are next to the Paraíso Metro Station (Lines 1 – Blue and 2 – Green) and just a few meters from Paulista Avenue, one of São Paulo's main tourist attractions. Additionally, there are several shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (fees apply, instructions available directly on site).
Upon entering, guests will find themselves in the kitchen, which features all the necessary appliances for a convenient stay, including a minibar, stovetop, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, sandwich maker, and more. We have a table and chairs for dining or a home office, as well as a small futon.
We also have air conditioning, blackout curtains, an iron, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.
We do not offer parking spaces, but the building has a secure, paid parking lot.
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure areas, including a pool, sundeck, rooftop terrace, coworking space, gym, beer vending machine, mini-market, bike storage, and spa. Access to the party room is not available.
Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including a manual, property rules, and tips for nearby leisure activities.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- Noise and speakers are prohibited after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The studio's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure areas, including the pool, sundeck, rooftop, coworking space, gym, beer vending machine, mini-market, bike storage, and spa. Access to the party room is not available.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (paid use, instructions available on site).
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).
