We offer a space of approximately 27m² and accommodate two people in a double bed. We are located in a gated community with 24-hour security and a fully equipped leisure area.

We are located on Rua Augusta, one of the city's most famous streets, lined with renowned bars and restaurants. We are close to Avenida Paulista, where you'll find museums, galleries, and shopping malls, making it ideal for those who want to explore the city while working.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio has glass windows for added security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (fees apply).

Upon entering the studio, guests will find themselves in the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary appliances, such as a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo Pop coffee maker, electric kettle, and more.
