Our studio accommodates two people in a double bed in a 28m² space. The condominium has a leisure area and 24-hour security.

We are strategically located next to the Brooklin subway station (Line 5 - Lilac) and close to the Market Place and Morumbi shopping malls, as well as the Banespa Club right across the street.


- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (fees apply).

- There's construction going on in front of the studio's balcony. The glass balcony door is soundproof and blocks most of the noise from the construction.


Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary appliances for daily use, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker, mixer, blender, electric coffee maker and kettle, Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee maker, and more.

The balcony divides the spaces and is enclosed by glass windows and curtains, offering city views.

We offer Alexa device, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Toshiba Smart TV, a steamer, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.

Parking spaces are not available, but parking is available in the nearby parking lot (fees apply).


Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the gym, mini-market, and solarium. They will not have access to the barbecue area or party room.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- Noise and speakers are prohibited after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- The studio's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
