Upon entering the studio, guests find a kitchen equipped with everything they need for daily living: a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, electric kettle, Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee maker, and other appliances that make their stay practical and functional.

The balcony, connected to the space by a glass door with blackout curtains, offers city views and a table and chairs, ideal for meals or relaxation.

The space also features a TCL Smart TV, hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a steamer, and a bathroom equipped with a power shower and hairdryer.

There are no parking spaces in the condominium, but parking is available in front of the building or in nearby paid parking lots.


Guests have access to the condominium's leisure areas, which include a pool, gym, and market. However, the party room is not available.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- Noise and the use of speakers are prohibited after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine, the amount of which may vary depending on the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- Visitors are not permitted.

- The balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater security, but does not have child safety screens.

- The studio's voltage is 110V. 220V outlets are not available.

- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure areas, such as the gym, pool, and market. The party room cannot be used.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (use subject to a separate fee).

- Bath towels, bed linens, and blankets are provided. One complete set of linens is provided per stay; additional changes must be purchased separately.

- If guests require additional cleaning during their stay, they must request it in advance from our team (service charged separately).

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is required with the reservation for any unforeseen incidents. If this occurs, the amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
