- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

The balcony offers city views and a table with stools for dining or a home office, and is divided by a glass door and blackout curtains.
We also offer air conditioning, a rotating Smart TV, an Alexa device, a wardrobe, high-speed Wi-Fi, a steamer, and a bathroom with a gas shower, heated towel rack, and hairdryer.
Parking spaces are not available, but parking is available in the nearby parking lot (fees apply).
