The studio accommodates two people in a double bed and measures approximately 25m². We are located in a gated community with a leisure area and 24-hour security.

It is in a prime location just steps from the Vila Madalena Metro Station, with easy access to Sugarloaf Mountain and an indoor gallery with shops and a food court connecting Rua Paulistânia to Vila Madalena Station.


- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (fees apply).


Entering the studio, the guest will find themselves in the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for everyday life, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee maker, sandwich maker, mixer, among others.

We also offer blackout curtains, hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, an iron and ironing board, and a bathroom with a power shower and hairdryer.

We do not offer parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (fees apply).


Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the pool and gym. They will not be able to use the barbecue area.

Super prático e fácil de chegar, check-in fácil, todas as dúvidas e instruções foram sempre respondidas prontamente. Fui recebida em um ambiente não só aconchegante (preciso da marca do colchão, que delícia de cama hahahahah), mas limpo! Certamente já recomendei aos meus amigos e volto com certeza, a localização é bem boa!!!
