Our location is prime. We are just 300m from Allianz Parque, home to the city's main soccer games, events, and concerts. We are also close to the Bourbon and West Plaza shopping malls, as well as Água da Branca Park and event spaces such as Espaço Unimed and Memorial da América Latina.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (fees apply).
Guests will find themselves in the kitchen as soon as they enter the studio, which features the ideal amenities for a convenient stay, including a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, and more. The balcony features a table and chairs and offers city views, as well as soundproof glass doors and curtains.
We offer hot and cold air conditioning, a table and chairs inside the studio, a Smart TV, an iron, a wardrobe, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with a gas shower and a hairdryer.
Parking spaces are not available, but parking is available nearby (fees apply).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and coworking space. The pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance. Guests will not have access to the party room or barbecue area.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- The studio's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and coworking space. The pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance. You will not have access to the party room or barbecue area.

O apartamento é muito prático e exatamente como as fotos. Localização perfeita, perto de dois bons shoppings e restaurantes.
O prédio é novo e maravilhoso porque tem tudo: academia, piscina, rooftop, coworking e lavanderia. O anfitrião é muito responsivo, pois chegamos de última hora, literalmente.
Local bom para ir e vir, pois é bem tranquilo e seguro.
Super indico facilmente.
