Our property comfortably accommodates up to 12 people in four bedrooms, offering complete leisure facilities including an outdoor pool and barbecue area.

Located in the city of Igaratá, known as the city of waters, we offer everything you need to recharge your batteries before returning to your routine.


- We provide a complete set of linens, including bed linens and bath towels. We do not provide pool towels.

- Small pets are allowed, subject to prior consultation.

- We do not have a washing machine. It is possible to use a nearby laundry facility.


The house is large and well-maintained, surrounded by nature, bringing even more tranquility and calm to our guests. Inside, there is a spacious living room with a television and sofas. A fully equipped kitchen to better meet your needs, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms:

- Three bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed each.

- One bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.

Outside, there is a gourmet area with a barbecue equipped with a wood-fired oven, refrigerator, tables, and chairs to provide comfort and convenience. There is a bathroom in the outdoor area and a leisure area with an outdoor pool to ensure relaxation during your stay.

In addition to being surrounded by plenty of green space, the property has a lake decorating the landscape, making the experience even more enjoyable. We have 10 parking spaces available.


The guest will have full access to all areas of the house.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.


Igaratá is a tranquil town in the interior of São Paulo state, marked by abundant nature and a cozy climate. The region is known for the Jaguari Reservoir, perfect for boat trips, fishing, and outdoor activities, as well as offering viewpoints and green areas ideal for relaxation. With a welcoming atmosphere and stunning mountain views, Igaratá is a great destination for those seeking peace, contact with nature, and moments of disconnection.


Guests can easily get around the city using vehicles. Using ride-sharing apps like Uber might be a little more difficult.

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).

- Noise and loudspeakers are prohibited after 10 PM. Violation will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the rules of the property.

- Parties, events and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- Visitors are prohibited.

- Small pets are allowed, subject to consultation.

- Smoking is prohibited.

- The standard voltage in the house is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.

- The pool is cleaned weekly. If maintenance is needed outside of these visits, it is necessary to contact us to check the availability of the pool cleaner.

- The guest will have full access to all areas of the house.

- We do not have a washing machine available. You can use a laundromat near the house.

- We provide complete linens including bed linens and bath towels. We do not provide pool towels.

- We have 10 uncovered parking spaces available inside the property.

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is required for your reservation and will cover any unforeseen circumstances. If there are no unforeseen circumstances, there will be no extra charges. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to verification of the property.

Muito gostoso e tranquilo. Nossa família adorou, especialmente as crianças. A casa tinha todos os utensílios e a internet funcional, até consegui trabalhar.
