Our studio boasts a 37m² space with high ceilings, accommodating two people in a double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living room. The condominium features a fully equipped leisure area and 24-hour security.
Ibirapuera Park is approximately 2.5km from the building, and we are close to other attractions such as Independence Park, Aclimação Park, and the São Paulo Aquarium, among others. The Vila Mariana subway station (Line 1 – Blue) is 600m away.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).
- The mezzanine is 1.50m high, which may limit standing comfort, especially for taller guests.
- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the mezzanine, and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, and the mezzanine is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (fees apply).
Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which is equipped with the ideal appliances for a functional stay, such as a minibar, stovetop, microwave, sandwich maker, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, and more.
The living room offers a Smart TV, sofas, a table with chairs for dining or a home office, and a balcony with a glass door, chairs, and city views. In addition to the bed, the mezzanine also features a safe hammock with cushions.
We also offer hot and cold air conditioning, blackout curtains, high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.
Parking spaces are not available, but parking is available in the nearby parking lot (fees apply).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the pool, gym, and coworking space. They will not have access to the barbecue area or party room.
Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including a manual, property rules, and tips for nearby leisure activities.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

Me senti em cada durante toda minha estadia, até melhor!
Descansar na rede do mesanino lendo meu livro e tomar café da manhã na varanda tomando sol foram os pontos altos da estadia!! Ainda consegui assistir minhas séries em uma tv enorme e com muito conforto.
O apartamento estava extremamente limpo e vale cada centavo investido, com certeza voltarei!

Nos fomos muito bem recebidos. O ambiente estava limpo, organizado, um perfume agradável e suave. Muito gostoso. Tem uma varanda boa para tomar um sol pela manhã, bancada, cozinha e vários utensílios. Tudo muito limpo e higienizado de forma muito profissional. Adoramos muito tudo! Vale o preço e a localização é excelente!
