Our studio accommodates two people in a double bed and offers 25m² of space. The condominium offers a fully equipped leisure area and 24-hour security.

We are in a prime location, close to attractions such as Beco do Batman, Cinesala, and Avenida Rebouças, which offers a variety of shops and restaurants.

Guests will find themselves in the kitchen as soon as they enter the studio. It is equipped with everything they need for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, sandwich maker, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, and more, as well as a dining table and chair. This space also features a sofa, a Smart Aiwa TV, a glass enclosure with blinds and city views, and a desk and chair for a home office.

We offer hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, and a bathroom with a power shower and hairdryer.

Parking spaces are not available, but parking is available nearby (fees apply, directly on site).
