- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- Visitors are prohibited.

- Pets are prohibited.

- Smoking is prohibited.

- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.

- Guests will have free access to the common areas of the property.

- We provide an iron, ironing board and hair dryer at no extra cost. To use them, you must confirm availability directly with the laundry room.

- The iron and ironing board may only be used in the laundry room; taking them to the studio is prohibited.

- You may request the hair dryer from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. You must check availability with our team and pick up the device from the on-site employee. After use, return it immediately so that other guests can use it.

- The property has a shared laundry room that is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (charges apply). You will need to go down some stairs to access it.

- You will need to go up and down some stairs to access the studio, and it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay).

- We do not provide parking spaces. You can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is tied to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon inspection of the unit.
