We are just a few blocks from Avenida Paulista and close to the Consolação and Oscar Freire subway stations, making it the ideal choice for those who want to explore São Paulo while working.

- The condominium offers shared laundry facilities and a 24-hour grocery store, both with services for an additional fee.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets. A complete set of linens is available per stay. Additional changes can be arranged separately.

The studio has an open-concept environment and comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a queen-size box-spring bed. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, water filter, electric coffee maker and all the utensils necessary for a practical stay. For meals, we offer a glass table with four seats.

For those who need to work during their stay, the space has a well-lit desk and high-speed Wi-Fi. We also provide a Smart TV, portable air conditioning and a fan, ensuring comfort at any time of the year.

The studio also offers a hairdryer and a covered parking space in the building itself.

Guests will have access to all areas of the condominium, except the party room. The barbecue area is available for use upon payment and scheduling directly at the reception.
