Our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 7 people and is located in a securely gated condominium in Guarujá.

We are located 300m from Praia da Enseada, making it possible to walk and enjoy leisure time with family or friends, in addition to the various conveniences of the region that the city offers.

- There are child safety screens in the rooms and balconies.

- ATTENTION: We do not provide linens or pillows. Guests must bring their own bed linen, pillows, blankets and towels.

- ATTENTION: Guests are not allowed to use the condominium's pool and sauna.

- ATTENTION: Check-in and check-out are not allowed between 10pm and 7am. Follow our team's instructions to complete these processes at the correct time.

Upon entering the apartment, guests will have access to the integrated living and dining room, which has a sofa, Smart TV and table with chairs for dining. The kitchen has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, among others. Next, we have the balcony, which has a barbecue, plus a table with chairs for dining and views of the city.

We have 3 suites, all with air conditioning, two suites with a double bed in each and one suite with a double bed and a single bed.

We provide 2 uncovered and unmarked parking spaces inside the building.

Guests will have private access to all areas of the apartment. They will not have access to the condominium's swimming pool and sauna.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

The neighborhood is quiet and tree-lined, with complete infrastructure. In addition to offering sand and clear waters, Praia da Enseada offers shops such as restaurants, kiosks, bars and attractions such as bicycle rental, board rental, jet ski, among others. We are approximately 2km from the Mirante Bela Vista Restaurant, where it is possible to enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and nature.

It is possible to easily get around the city using vehicles or transport apps, such as Uber.
