Our 85m² house comfortably accommodates up to 7 people in a suite with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

We are about 1 km from Curral Beach and Grande Beach, two of the best beaches in the region. We are also close to Paquetá Waterfall, a great option for family leisure time and hiking trails surrounded by nature.

- We provide a complete set of linens, including pillows, sheets, bath towels, and face towels. Beach towels and blankets are not provided.

- Access to the house requires climbing some stairs, and is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

- We allow up to 3 small pets, upon request.

- PLEASE NOTE: The space advertised includes only the upper floor of the house. The lower floor is not available to guests.

- We do not have a washing machine in the house. You can use a nearby laundry room (fees apply, directly on site).

- The house has a security camera located in the barbecue area, which monitors the entrance. There are no cameras in the private areas of the house.

The living room features sofas and a Smart TV. Adjacent to it is a large and airy balcony with a barbecue grill, a table and chairs for dining, and a sea view.

In the kitchen, we offer the ideal items for a comfortable stay, such as a stove, refrigerator, oven, sandwich maker, blender, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and more.

We also offer a guest bathroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, clothes racks in all bedrooms, curtains, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room, air conditioning in the suite, hair dryers, an iron, and electric showers in both bathrooms.

Three uncovered parking spaces are available within the property.

The guest will have free access to all areas of the house, except for the lower floor.
