Our open-plan studio boasts a spacious 40m² space, accommodating two people in a double bed. We are located in a building with a fully equipped leisure area and a 24-hour reception desk.

The building is strategically located, just 500m from the Berrini-Casas Bahia station (Line 9 – Emerald) and close to the city's main business centers and the Pinheiros River.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater security.

- The building offers breakfast from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and lunch/dinner from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM (fees apply, directly at reception).

- The building does not have a shared laundry room. It is possible to use a laundry room nearby (fees apply, directly on site).

- The building offers a free basic cleaning once a week (available only for stays of more than 7 nights). If you are interested, please contact our team.

- It is necessary to climb some steps to access the condominium, not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, air fryer, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, and more, as well as a large table with chairs for dining or a home office.

The balcony divides the spaces with a soundproof glass door and blackout curtains, and features a chair and city views.

We also offer an LG Smart TV, hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, wardrobes, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.

We offer a covered, unmarked parking space with valet parking.

Guests will have access to the building's leisure facilities, such as the pool, gym, sauna, and restaurant. They will not have access to the party room or gourmet space.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the building's rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
