The studio comfortably accommodates up to two people, with a double bed. Upon entering, guests will find a functional kitchen equipped with Electrolux appliances, such as a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave and essential utensils for a practical and pleasant stay. The space also offers a storage chest, dining table, TV and a bathroom with shower.
A glass door with blackout curtain separates the interior from the balcony, where there is an ideal space for a home office, equipped with cabinets and armchairs for greater comfort. The balcony has glass enclosure and blinds, ensuring privacy and a cozy atmosphere.
The apartment also has hot and cold air conditioning, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi, providing comfort in all seasons.
There is no parking space available, but there are paid parking lots nearby.
Guests can enjoy the condominium's leisure areas, which include a swimming pool, gym, solarium, coworking space, outdoor living area and bicycle parking. However, use of the party room and barbecue area is not authorized.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand to sign the seasonal rental agreement, in addition to sending valid photo IDs of all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE or passport).
- It is forbidden to make noise or use speakers after 10 pm. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine, the amount of which varies according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are not permitted.

A estadia foi muito tranquila! A facilidade do Check-in foi um ponto chave, pois chegamos muito tarde e cansados da viagem. Tudo okay também referente ao espaço, tivemos todas as comodidades descritas no anúncio. A localização também é muito boa, visto que iríamos a um evento no Shopping Frei Caneca. Dentro do próprio shopping existe um mercado, lojas, restaurantes, e ao lado do prédio tem um OXXO que funciona 24H. Os funcionários da portaria sempre bem atenciosos e solícitos a sanar qualquer dúvida referente ao prédio. Com certeza em uma próxima oportunidade voltarei a me hospedar.

Excelente estadía, llegada autónoma muy fácil, ubicación excelente, cuenta con un oxxo justo abajo del edificio y está al lado del shopping, en la zona hay muy buenos restaurantes. Hasta el momento de nuestra estadía el colchón era muy firme, considerar esto al momento de reservar.

O apartamento é aconchegante e funcional na medida para uma estadia confortável, fica numa região excelente, calma, agradável e segura, a poucos minutos de distância da Avenida Paulista e da Augusta, e de diversas atrações, bares, restaurantes, mercado e padaria nas proximidades. A facilidade de check-in/check-out automático é um ponto alto. E destaco ainda a agilidade e o cuidado no atendimento que tive com Meu Anfitrião, que se prontificou a viabilizar minha reserva neste apartamento numa sexta-feira, tarde da noite, amenizando os transtornos causados por um cancelamento inesperado provocado por outro anfitrião. Recomendo demais!

Ótima hospedagem! Boa localização, com uma loja de conveniência aberta 24h ao lado do prédio, shopping no mesmo quarteirão e 10 minutos de caminhada da estação Mackenzie. O studio tem uma linda vista e estava bem limpo.

A estadia foi ótima! Fui participar em um evento durante a semana no Shopping Frei Caneca e o apartamento fica muito bem localizado e próximo ao shopping que possui supermercado, farmácia entre outras lojas e restaurantes. Também há uma conveniência da Oxxo ao lado. O apartamento é muito bonito, bem-iluminado, aconchegante, silencioso, confortável e fiel às fotos. Achei a cama um pouco dura e tive que me adaptar na primeira noite, mas depois foi tranquilo. O ar condicionado funciona muito bem e tinham quase todas as comodidades descritas. Senti falta apenas do óleo, sal e pimenta mencionados e de sacolas para trocar os lixos. O ferro de passar é um vaporizador, mas pra mim foi melhor, até prefiro! O chuveiro é ótimo, diponibilizam shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido. De modo geral, atendeu muito bem as expectativas e se tiver a oportunidade, com certeza me hospedaria novamente.
