With a 28m² space, our studio accommodates two people in a double bed. The condominium offers a leisure area and 24-hour remote concierge.

We are located just 200m from the Moema subway station (Line 5 - Lilac) and 1km from Ibirapuera Park, offering the ideal combination of convenience and recreation.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- There is construction going on in front of the building. On weekdays, noise levels of up to 85 dB may occur from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, while noise levels of up to 59 dB may occur from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. On weekends and holidays, noise levels of up to 85 dB may occur from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, while noise levels of up to 59 dB may occur from 2:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (fees apply, instructions available directly on site).

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which offers the ideal amenities for a functional stay, such as a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, water filter, sandwich maker, and more.

The balcony divides the spaces with a soundproof glass door and curtains, and offers city views.

This space also includes a Samsung Smart TV, a table with chairs for dining or a home office, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.

We do not offer parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (fees apply, directly on site).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including a hot tub, gym, coworking space, and garden. They will not have access to the party room, gourmet area, or barbecue grill.
