Our studio offers a spacious 31m² space with high ceilings, accommodating up to two people in a double bed on the mezzanine. The condominium has a fully equipped leisure area and 24-hour security.
Ibirapuera Park is approximately 2.5km from the building, and we are close to other attractions such as Independence Park, Aclimação Park, and the São Paulo Aquarium, among others. The Vila Mariana subway station (Line 1 – Blue) is 600m away.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).
- The mezzanine is 1.50m high, which may limit standing comfort, especially for taller guests. You need to climb some stairs to access the mezzanine and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (fees apply).
Upon entering, guests will find the kitchen, which offers the ideal appliances for a convenient stay, such as a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, electric oven, water filter, range hood, sandwich maker, electric kettle, Nespresso Essenza coffee maker, and more. It also features a dining table and chairs, and a desk and chair for a home office with a Samsung Smart TV.
We also have a small balcony overlooking the street, blackout curtains, and a soundproof glass door.
On the mezzanine level, we have a double bed and another Samsung Smart TV.
We also provide hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a steamer, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.
Parking spaces are not available, but parking is available in the nearby parking lot (fees apply).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the pool, gym, and coworking space. They will not have access to the barbecue area or party room.
Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including a manual, property rules, and tips for nearby leisure activities.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- Noise and speakers are prohibited after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen incidents. If none occur, there will be no additional charges. This deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out, upon inspection of the unit.

Melhor experiência: tudo muito limpo e organizado. Cama boa, chuveiro ótimo, Wi-Fi muito bom, localização ótima: perto de mercados, restaurantes, rua super tranquila para descansar e trabalhar.
O atendimento tanto do anfitrião como da portaria do prédio é excelente e pontual. Tem tudo de utensílios domésticos que precisávamos para ter uma estadia bem confortável. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes.

Melhor experiência: tudo muito limpo e organizado. Cama boa, chuveiro ótimo, Wi-Fi muito bom, localização ótima: perto de mercados, restaurantes, rua super tranquila para descansar e trabalhar. O atendimento tanto do anfitrião como da portaria do prédio é excelente e pontual. Tem tudo de utensílios domésticos que precisávamos para ter uma estadia bem confortável. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes.
