Our apartment accommodates up to 6 people in a suite with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bedroom with a single bed. We also have three additional mattresses available upon request.

The building is just 300 meters from Enseada Beach and close to attractions such as Morro do Maluf, Acquamundo, and Horácio Lafer Square, making it ideal for those seeking leisure and convenience.

- The bedrooms have child safety screens and the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.

- We do not provide linens. Guests are required to bring their own pillows, sheets, blankets, and towels.

- We do not have a washing machine in the apartment. You can use a nearby laundromat (charges apply, directly on site).

The living and dining rooms are integrated and feature a sofa, armchairs, a Smart TV, curtains, and a dining table with chairs.

Adjacent to the apartment is a spacious balcony with a barbecue grill, tables and chairs, and city views.

In the kitchen, we provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a stove, refrigerator, oven, range hood, microwave, water filter, coffee maker, electric oven, and more.

The living room and kitchen have ceiling fans. We also have a laundry area with a sink and powder room.

We have child-proof blinds in all bedrooms and the laundry area, a shared bathroom, a hairdryer, wardrobes, and high-speed Wi-Fi. All rooms have air conditioning.

We provide a covered, designated parking space within the building.

The guest will have free access to all areas of the condominium.
