No. Joining Meu Anfitrião is completely free, with no sign-up or onboarding fee. You only pay the commission on the bookings we confirm.
Payouts are made monthly, by bank transfer, straight to the account provided by the owner.
Your property is listed on the main channels in the market, such as Airbnb, Booking, Decolar and Expedia, plus more than 40 other platforms, which significantly widens your reach and booking potential.
Listings are published under the official Meu Anfitrião accounts. If you already advertise the property on platforms such as Airbnb, this means you can simply pause your own listing during the partnership and resume it later, should you decide to end the management.
Yes. You have full autonomy to block any dates you want directly through the owner portal, without needing our team to step in.
On Airbnb, damage may be covered by the platform's own protection program. On the other platforms we ask for a security deposit. The owner can also take out insurance designed for short-term rental, if they want an extra layer of protection.
Our team looks at the location, the profile of the property and its nightly rate potential, and presents a revenue estimate at no cost and with no commitment.
